Title
Abstracting: BSG provides complete title abstracting
services in four counties of Connecticut, including Fairfield,
New Haven, Hartford, and Litchfield. In addition our associates
serve New London, Windham, Middlesex, and Tolland counties. Our
staff has an excellent knowledge of practices and procedures affecting
real property and title issues in the State of Connecticut.
UCC
Services: BSG provides Uniform Commercial Code services,
both on the state and municipal levels in Connecticut. Our services
include UCC searches, copy requests and filings. We file with
the Connecticut Secretary of State on a daily basis. Our staff
is well versed with UCC statutory requirements including revised
Article 9.
Corporate
Services: BSG provides a full array of corporate services
including formation and maintenance of all business entities recognized
under the Connecticut General Statutes. We also provide document
retrieval services in regard to Connecticut business entities.
Other
Services: BSG also can provide Environmental searches,
as well as document retrieval and recording services to all agencies
within the State of Connecticut.
